Autounica is an independent car reseller situated in Brescia. As it does not represent official brands, Autounica's strenght does not come from the brands they sell, but from the credibility built over time and the ability to offer a complete and transparent service, focused on the real needs of the customer.
In a market dominated by big official dealerships, Autounica chose a new way: bet everything on their identity, trasforming it in a distinctive element able to instill trust, authority and recognizability in the country.
The challenge was twofold. On the one hand, strenghtening the image of Autounica's brand, showing its values and solidity in a clear and distinctive way. On the other hand, building a digital platform that was at the same level with the in person experience, able not only to show the offer, but to also drive and convert the user, up to the purchase.
It was crucial to create a website able to showcase every car, but also an infrastructure that would simplify the sellers' job, often having to work with a fragmented flux of requests coming from external portals, emails and phone calls.
We begun with branding and positioning, to build a strong visual identity, easily recognizable and coherent on every channel. The interface of the website has been designed to communicate professionalism, transparency and safety, making the purchase experience simple, human and driven.
On the technical level, we developed a fully custom portal, with an online estimator that allows the user to configure more services, choose the type of financing and get to the purchasing step online, in full autonomy.
At the same time we developed a custom CRM for the sellers venditori, designed to easily manage leads coming from external portals and rapidly convert every lead in opportunity, with estimates that can be made in real time and a detaild history of all interactions.
